We will review your material on an as received basis and the review process takes a month. Because of the numerous amount of materials we receive we cannot return any promotional items back to the sender. Please do not send any original materials or videos.

Full Service Night Club Flyer Design

Urban Elevation also offers high quality flyer designs, we do not provide printing in-house. however, we do work closely with several national printers who we use regularly who provide affordable high-quality flyer printing.

We can quote you for any run of flyers - from 500 to 30,000 - and to whatever specification you require. Simply email us for a quote.

The more communication you provide and the more content you provide, the more likely your flyer will meet your requirements.


Important information to send us includes:

• Existing logos
• Photos/Illustrations
• Text content

We do ask that you provide a short explanation for the theme or design-style that you would like your flyer to have.

Things to include in your design brief are:

• Flyer Dimensions
• Color Preferences
• Your target audience
• Aim of the flyer
• The theme of your event
• Examples of designs and imagery that you like

Proofing

Upon receipt of payment, we will produce a design based on your ideas and email you within 3 working days with a proof.

Any changes to the proof can usually be done over the phone. We can then either post or email the file to you.

As soon as you approve the design, we will post your completed flyer on CD-ROM or via email. If you require printing as well, then we can arrange for the files to also be sent to the printers. Printing services require payment in advance.
